Kubota B7300 Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If the hydraulic/transmission fluid is too low, add it.

Check engine air filter element. Replace if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. If you found a problem, fix it.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect rear and front tires. If required, inflate the tires.

Check battery condition. Charge or replace.

Checking the oil in front axle. Add if required.

Inspect tractor for loose nuts and bolts.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended motor oil: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much is required: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D722) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Check and clean the air filter.

Check the oil level in hydraulic system. Add if required.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Every 200 hours

Oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32430. When installing a new filter, flush the filter housing from dirt. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Remove dirt from radiator fins with a brush.

Check alternator/fan belt wear. Replace worn belt. Part Number: 15881-97010.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 Hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended hydraulic/transmission fluid: Kubota UDT or Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 12.7 qts (12.0 L). Add transmission fluid to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replace transmission oil filter (B7300HST). HST filter part number - HH660-36060. When installation is complete, check the transmission fluid level. Add oil if necessary.

Change filter element in transmission/hydraulic system. Hydraulic/transmission filter element part number - 66021-36390. After installation, checking the hydraulic fluid level is recommended. Add oil if required.

Front axle oil change. Front axle capacity: 3.9 qts (3.7 L).

Adjust service and parking brakes.

Every 400 Hours

Replacing air filter elements. Air filter element part number: 6C060-99414.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1T021-43560. Check the operation of injection pump.

Check the coolant in cooling system. Top up if required.

Check engine low idle speed. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Inspect all tubes and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Replace filter and engine oil. Service lubricating system components.

Change air filter elements.

Change HST filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and add fresh fluid to hydraulic system.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 2.9 qts (2.7 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel fuel pump.
