Kubota B7200HST Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission fluid level checking. When transmission oil is low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filter element. Replace with a new one if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Every 75 Hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota D950) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). After completing the filling procedure, check motor oil level.

Inspect front and rear tires. If required, inflate the tires.

Test battery charging. If the charge level is low, charge the battery.

Checking hydraulic fluid in system. Add oil to hydraulic system if necessary.

Every 100 Hours

Service diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1T021-43560. Check diesel fuel pump adjustment.

Inspect the air filter and clean if necessary.

Check front axle oil level. Fill as required.

Check tractor for loose or lost nuts and screws.

Every 150 hours

Changing oil filter. Filter part number - HH150-32094. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. Add oil if required.

Check drive belt for wear. Change if necessary. Part Number: 70000-73783.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Every 200 hours

Replacing hydrostatic transmission oil filter. HST filter part number: HH660-36060. Check the transmission fluid level after installing a new filter. If after checking the transmission fluid level is low, add it.

Perform hydraulic/transmission filter element replacement. Part number of hydraulic/transmission filter element - 66021-36390. After installation, checking the hydraulic fluid level is recommended. Add oil if required.

Clean the radiator grill from dust and dirt.

Changing air filter elements. Engine air filter part number: 70000-11221.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 Hours

Changing hydraulic/transmission oil. Recommended oil type - Kubota UDT or Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity: 14.3 qts (13.5 L). Check transmission fluid level after replacement.

Check cooling system for leaks. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine low idle speed. Adjust engine idle as required.

Inspect all hoses and tubes. Tighten as recommended.

Change front axle oil. Steering gearbox: 0.20 qts (0.19 L). Front axle differential case: 1.6 qts (1.5 L). Front wheel gear case: 0.50 qts (0.47 L).

Check and adjust the brake system components.

Replace filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Change transmission/hydraulic filter and fluid.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 3.0 qts (2.8 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel pump.
