Kubota B6200HST Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Motor oil level checking. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Checking air filter element. Change if required.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idle speed, steering unit, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 75 Hours

Change engine oil. Motor oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota D850-5B): 3.3 qts (3.1 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Inspect all tires. Inflate tires if necessary.

Check battery charge. Charge the battery if necessary.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Inspect tractor for loose nuts and bolts.

Every 100 hours

Inspect the air filter and clean if necessary.

Service diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1T021-43560. Check diesel fuel pump operation.

Checking the oil in front axle. Add oil if necessary.

Check fluid level in the hydraulic tank. Fill the hydraulic system as required.

Every 150 hours

Replace oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is required. When installation is complete, check the oil level. If necessary, add it.

Clean the radiator with a brush if the fins are dirty.

Check the torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 200 hours

Replacing hydrostatic transmission oil filter. HST filter part number: HH660-36060. When installation is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. Add transmission oil if it is low.

Changing hydraulic/transmission filter. Hydraulic/transmission filter part number: 66021-36390. When installation procedure is complete, check the hydraulic oil level. Add hydraulic fluid if it is low.

Engine air filter elements replacement. Air filter element part number: 70000-11221.

Inspect the drive belt and adjust the belt tension if necessary. Replace drive belt if worn. Part Number: 70000-73783.

Every 300 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended oil - Kubota UDT or Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic capacity - 14.3 qts (13.5 L). After changing the transmission/hydraulic oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Check cooling system for leaks. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idle speeds. If necessary, adjust the idle speed on the engine.

Inspect all fittings and hoses. Tighten as required.

Front axle lubricant change. Steering gearbox: 0.20 qts (0.19 L). Front axle differential case: 0.50 qts (0.47 L). Front axle gear case: 0.15 qts (0.14 L).

Check and adjust the brake system components.

Replace filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Install a new air cleaner element.

Replace HST filter.

Replace hydraulic/transmission filter and oil.

Replace the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 3.0 qts (2.8 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
