Kubota B7610 Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking procedure. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Check engine air filters. Install a new filter element if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idling, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Check tire inflation pressure. Add air to tires if necessary.

Check the battery. Clean if required.

Checking the oil in front axle. Fill as required.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Inspect tractor for loose nuts and bolts.

Every 100 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1105-E): 3.2 qts (3.0 L). Add oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Inspect and service engine air filters.

Check the fluid level in hydraulic system. Add if required.

Every 200 hours

Change engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Clean radiator fins if fins are dirty.

Check and adjust the engine drive belt tension. Replace belt if worn. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 Hours

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Recommended transmission/hydraulic fluid: Kubota Super UDT. How much is required: Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 16.2 qts (15.3 L). Add transmission/hydraulic fluid to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replace HST fluid filter (B7610HSD). HST filter part number: HH660-36060. When installation is complete, check the transmission oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Change filter element in hydraulic system. Part number of hydraulic filter: HH670-37712. When the filter element is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If after checking the hydraulic fluid level is low, add it.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle capacity: 3.4 qts (3.2 L).

Every 400 Hours

Check engine primary air filter elements. Change if necessary. Air filter part number - 6C060-99414.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Replace as required. Part number - 32721-58242.

Change engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 6A320-59930. Check diesel fuel pump performance.

Check radiator coolant. Top up if coolant is low.

Check engine idling. Adjust if necessary.

Check the tubes and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Check brake adjustment.

Replace filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Change engine primary/secondary air cleaner elements.

Install a new HST transmission filter.

Replace hydraulic filter and add fresh oil to hydraulic/transmission system.

Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.0 qts (3.8 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
