Kubota B7800/B7800HSD Maintenance Information

Kubota B7800 Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If hydraulic/transmission oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Checking engine air filters. Install a new filters if required.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine speed, steering system, hand brake and service brakes. If damages are found, repair it.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect all tires. Inflate tires if necessary.

Check battery condition. Charge or replace.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings.

Inspect wheels and tighten bolts and nuts if necessary.

Every 100 hours

Replace engine oil. Engine oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30, SAE 10W-40. Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1505-E): 4.3 qts (4.1 L). Check motor oil level after changing.

Check and clean the engine primary and secondary air filters.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Check oil in hydraulic system. Fill as required.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - HH160-32093. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. Add oil if required.

Clean the radiator grill from dust and dirt.

Check drive belt wear. Replace worn belt. Part Number: 16241-97013.

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 300 Hours

Changing transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil type: Kubota UDT or Super UDT. How much is needed: Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 15.3 qts (14.4 L). After filling, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level with a dipstick.

Change hydrostatic transmission oil filter (B7800HSD). HST filter part number: HH660-36060 or 66021-36390. After replacing the filter, check the transmission fluid level. If necessary, add it.

Change filter in hydraulic system. Hydraulic filter part number: HH670-37712. When installation procedure is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. Add oil if required.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle capacity: 4.7 qts (4.4 L).

Check radiator coolant. Top up if required.

Every 400 Hours

Engine air filter elements checking. Replace as required. Engine primary air filter part number: 6C060-99414. Engine secondary air filter part number: 32721-58242.

Change engine fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 6A320-59930. Check the correct operation of fuel injection pump.

Check engine idle. Adjust engine idle if necessary.

Inspect and tighten the hoses and hose clamps.

Check and adjust the service and parking brakes.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injectors.
