Kubota B9200D/B9200HST Maintenance Information

Kubota B9200 Service Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking procedure. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filter element. Replace if necessary.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine idle speed, steering, hand brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Every 50 Hours

Inspect tires and inflate if necessary.

Check battery charge. Charge the battery if necessary.

Checking the oil in front axle. Fill as required.

Check tractor for lost or loose screws and nuts.

Every 100 hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended motor oil type - SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to pour: Oil system capacity (Kubota V1200-A): 4.4 qts (4.1 L). After filling, check the engine oil level with a dipstick.

Check fluid level in the hydraulic tank. Add oil if necessary.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Every 200 hours

Replacing engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When changing the filter, clean the dirt inside the filter housing. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If required, add it.

Clean the radiator grill from dust and dirt.

Inspect drive belt. Replace if necessary. Part Number: 70000-73783.

Check the torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 300 Hours

Changing hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended hydraulic/transmission fluid: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic capacity: 19.0 qts (17.9 L). After completing the filling procedure, check transmission oil level.

Replacing hydrostatic transmission oil filter (B9200HST). HST filter part number: 32701-37950. After installation, checking the transmission oil level is recommended. If required, add it.

Change filter in hydraulic system. Hydraulic filter element part number - H3840-37712 (B9200D) and 67800-37120 (B9200HST). When the filter is replaced, check the hydraulic oil level. If required, add it.

Front axle oil change. Steering gearbox: 0.20 qts (0.19 L). Front axle differential case: 2.2 qts (2.1 L). Front axle gear case: 0.50 qts (0.47 L).

Every 400 Hours

Check engine air filter element. Change if necessary. Air filter part number - 15741-11083.

Change engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1T021-43560. Check injection pump settings.

Check cooling system for leaks. Top up if required.

Check engine idle speeds. Adjust if necessary.

Inspect all fittings and hoses. Tighten as recommended.

Check and adjust the brake system components.

Change engine oil and filter. Service lubrication system components.

Replace air filter element.

Install a new hydrostatic transmission filter.

Install a new hydraulic filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank and replace fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.1 qts (3.9 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
