Kubota B8200 Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Engine oil level checking. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, add fresh oil.

Checking engine air filter. Change if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idling, steering, service brakes and hand brake. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Every 75 Hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended oil type: SAE20, SAE30 or 10W-30. How much to add: Oil system capacity (Kubota D950-A) - 3.3 qts (3.1 L). After replacing the engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Inspect front and rear tires. If required, inflate the tires.

Test battery charging. If the charge level is low, charge the battery.

Check front axle oil level. Add if required.

Check fluid level in the hydraulic tank. Add oil to hydraulic system if necessary.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings.

Check front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 150 hours

Change engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH150-32094. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is recommended. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. If necessary, add it.

Check and service engine air filter element.

Inspect and service fuel filter.

Every 200 hours

Replace engine air filter elements. Part number - 70000-11221.

Inspect and adjust drive belt. Replace if belt is worn. Part Number: 70000-73783.

Clean the radiator grill from dirt and dust.

Every 300 hours

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Recommended transmission/hydraulic oil type: Kubota UDT or Super UDT, SAE 80W. Transmission/hydraulic fluid capacity: 19.0 qts (17.9 L). Fill with the new transmission oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Perform hydraulic/transmission filter replacement. Hydraulic/transmission filter element part number - 67800-37120. When the filter is replaced, check the hydraulic oil level. Add hydraulic fluid if it is low.

Change front axle oil. Steering gearbox capacity: 0.20 qts (0.18 L).

Check wheel bolt torque.

Every 400 Hours

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1T021-43560. Check the correct operation of diesel fuel pump.

Check the coolant in radiator. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine idle. Adjust if necessary.

Check the fittings and hoses. Tighten as required.

Adjust parking and service brakes.

Change engine oil and filter. Service oil system components.

Replace engine air filter elements.

Change hydraulic/transmission filter and fill the hydraulic/transmission system with fresh fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.2 qts (4.0 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charging.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injectors.
