Kubota L3250 Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checks

Check the engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level. If the hydraulic/transmission fluid is too low, add it.

Checking engine primary and secondary air filters. Install a new filter if required.

Check engine coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check idle engine speed, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Clean fuel filter element. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160.

Clean engine air filter elements. Engine primary air filter part number: 70000-11080. Engine secondary air filter part number: 17381-11180.

Lubricate the front axle wheel bearings. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE30, SAE20 or SAE 10W-30. API Service CC or CD. How much is required: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1902-DI-A) - 8.9 qts (8.4 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Change filter in hydraulic line. Part number of hydraulic filter: H3840-37712. When installation is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission fluid level. Add hydraulic/transmission fluid if it is low.

Every 400 hours

Changing engine oil filter. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Before installing a new filter, clean the filter housing from clogging. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. Add oil if it is low.

Transmission/hydraulic oil change. Fluid type - Kubota UDT, Kubota Super UDT. Transmission/hydraulic fluid capacity: 7.5 gal (28.5 L). Add hydraulic/transmission fluid to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check diesel fuel pump settings.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle capacity: 6.8 qts (6.4 L). Steering gear case: 0.11 qts (0.10 L). Steering gearbox: 0.21 qts (0.20 L).

Replace filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Replace engine air filter elements.

Replace hydraulic filter and add fresh oil to hydraulic/transmission system.

Change the fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 5.9 qts (5.7 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check battery charge.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
