Kubota L3301F Periodic Maintenance

Every 10 Hours or Daily Checking

Check engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, add recommended volume.

Checking air filter. Change if required.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check engine idling, steering unit, hand brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Engine air filter element service. Air filter part number - TA040-93230.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil type: SAE20, SAE30, SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service CI-4 or CJ-4. Oil system capacity (Kubota D1803-DR-E4): 7.1 qts (6.7 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Engine oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. Add oil if it is low.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid change. Fluid type - Kubota Super UDT or Super UDT-2. Transmission/hydraulic oil capacity: 29.2 qts (28 L). After changing the transmission/hydraulic oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Hydraulic fluid filter changing. Hydraulic filter part number: HH3A0-82623. After replacing the filter, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If necessary, add it.

Change fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1G311-43380. Check the correct operation of injection pump.

Front axle lubricant change. Front axle capacity: 4.8 qts (4.5 L). Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Change engine oil and filter. Check and clean the oil system.

Change air filter element.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Change the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 6.3 qts (6.0 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
