Kubota L3350 Maintenance Information

Kubota L3350 Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking procedure. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. When transmission/hydraulic oil is low, add recommended volume.

Check engine air filter elements. Replace if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine speed, steering, hand brake and service brakes. If malfunctions are found, repair it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Clean engine fuel filter element. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160.

Check engine primary air filter elements. Clean if necessary. Air filter part number - 70000-11080.

Inspect engine secondary air filter element. Service as required. Part number - 17381-11180.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Motor oil type: SAE20 or SAE 10W-30. API Service Classification CC, CD or SE. How much to add: Engine oil capacity (Kubota V1902-DI-A) - 7.9 qts (7.5 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Replace hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter element part number - 36330-82630. When the filter element is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If after checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is low, add it.

Every 400 hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If necessary, add it.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 45.5 qts (43 L). Fill with the new transmission/hydraulic oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 15521-43160. Check the correct operation of diesel fuel pump.

Change front axle oil. Front axle capacity: 5.8 qts (5.5 L). Front axle gear case: 2.9 qts (2.7 L). Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Replace filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Install a new primary and secondary air filter element.

Install a new hydraulic filter.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank and change fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and add new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 7.4 qts (7.0 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
