Kubota L3560 Maintenance Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily Inspection

Check the engine oil level. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Transmission/hydraulic fluid level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filter elements. Install a new filter elements if necessary.

Check the coolant level in cooling system. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check idle engine speed, steering unit, hand brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine primary air filter element. Change if necessary.

Service engine secondary air filter element. Replace as required.

Lubricate rear and front axle hub bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 Hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil: SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ-4. How much to fill: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1803-CR-E41) - 7.1 qts (6.7 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Engine oil filter replacement. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. Check the oil level after installing a new filter. Add oil if it is low.

Change engine air filters. Engine primary air filter part number: TA040-93230. Engine secondary air filter part number: TA040-93220.

Change diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1J800-43172. Check diesel fuel pump settings.

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended fluid type: Kubota Super UDT. How much to pour: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 44.4 qts (42.0 L). After completing the filling procedure, check transmission/hydraulic fluid level.

Replace hydraulic fluid filter. Hydraulic filter part number: HHTA0-37710. When the filter element is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add hydraulic oil if it is low.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle case capacity: 6.9 qts (6.5 L). Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Drain, flush and refill engine cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 7.9 qts (7.5 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
