Attach H160 Loader to JD 3033R Tractor - Start tractor engine. Drive tractor slowly toward rear of loader stopping approximately 250 mm (10 in.) from H160 loader. Engage tractor parking brake and/or place transmission in PARK. Shut off tractor engine and remove key. Connect hydraulic hoses to couplers on tractor using color-coded caps on hoses to match numbers and/or colors on decal by coupler plate. Start tractor engine. Raise loader from ground by extending lift cylinders. Parking stand should contact ground and extend rearward toward tractor. Attach loader to
tractor.

Final Inspection and Adjustments - Hardware torque must be checked after the first 10 hours and every 50 hours thereafter. Check mounting frame and loader hardware. Make sure hose bundle is routed to avoid contact with tractor. H160 Loader installed on JD 3033R tractor with right-hand side hydraulics only: Fasten hose support to inside of parking stand using spring locking pin. Start tractor engine and check loader operation. Cycle all cylinders three or four times. Retract bucket cylinders completely and lower to the ground. Shut off tractor and remove key.
Check tractor transmission/hydraulic oil level. Check parking latch cap screw adjustment.

Install Wheels - Remove mower from crate using chain hoist or other suitable device. 60D Mower: Install spring in bracket. Push wheel lock assembly into bracket. Install roll pin to secure wheel lock assembly. After wheels are installed, it may be necessary to lock wheels by pressing downward on handles until they are perpendicalar to ground. However, wheels must be in the unlocked position before installing mower on tractor. Install wheels by sliding wheel shaft up through wheel bracket. Install spring pin in each wheel.

Install Discharge Chute - Install rod - 60D Mower: Insert rod through access hole in right rear wheel bracket. Continue installing rod though first chute hole, first mower deck attaching point, second chute hole and spring. Insert long end of spring through hole in discharge chute and push pin into spring. Unwind short end of spring until it can be placed on top of mower deck. Push spring through slot at location. Insert rod through remaining mower deck and discharge chute attaching points. Verify that spring placement is correct by ensuring discharge chute has downward pressure. Install roll pins at both ends of rod.

Installation of Chute - Remove the eight serrated flange nuts, eight lg. bolts and the three retaining plates. Remove the three serrated flange bolts, three serrated flange nuts and unscrew slightly the four bolts of the hydraulic motor. Install the chute with the rotation bushing on 64" snow blower and secure with the three retaining plates, four lg. carriage bolts upside down (front chute), lg. hex bolts head up (behind chute) and the eight serrated flange nuts. Adjust the gears to a distance between 1/32" and 1/16" by screwing in the two adjustment bolts and secure with the nuts moving them against the anchoring flat bar. Tighten the four bolts at 30 ft-lb (41 NM). Run a test at low speed. If the gears have an irregular sound while testing, it means the adjustment is incorrect. Bring the gears closer to each other until the sound becomes regular and even. Reinstall the guard with three serrated flange bolts and three serrated flange nuts.

Installing Implements on Front Hitch with A-frame - Loosen wing nut and remove quick-lock pin. Remove retainer rod with wing nut and retainer plate from A-frame. Check to be sure any implement hydraulic hoses are out of way. Drive tractor forward slowly, and align A-frame with mount on implement. Raise hitch to install A-frame on mount. Install retainer rod with wing nut and retainer plate through mount and A-frame. Position wing nut as needed to install quick-lock pin in retainer rod. Tighten wing nut to secure implement to A-frame.
