Kubota L2950 GST Service Intervals

Every 10 hours or Daily Inspection

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the engine oil level is low, add fresh oil.

Transmission/hydraulic oil level checking. If transmission/hydraulic oil is too low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filters. Replace if necessary.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is too low, add coolant in cooling system.

Check idle engine speed, steering, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 hours

Inspect engine primary air filter. Service if required. Air filter part number - 15287-11080.

Inspect engine secondary air filter. Service if required. Part number - 15287-11490.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings. Gear Lube: SAE 80W-90.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil: SAE10W, SAE 10W-30, SAE20, SAE30. API service classification CC, CD, DS or DM. How much to pour: Engine oil capacity (Kubota D1462-DI-AE) - 6 qts (5.7 L). When the procedure is complete, check the engine oil level.

Perform hydraulic filter element replacement. Part number of hydraulic filter element - 30401-37580 and 30400-37710. When installation procedure is complete, check the transmission/hydraulic oil level. If after checking the transmission/hydraulic oil level is low, add it.

Every 400 hours

Engine oil filter changing. Oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. When installation is complete, check the oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Recommended oil - Kubota UDT or Kubota Super UDT. Fluid capacity: 7.1 gal (27.0 L). Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level after changing.

Replace engine fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 15521-43160. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Change front axle lubricant. Front axle case capacity: 6.8 qts (6.5 L). Steering Gear Case - 0.11 qts (0.10 L).

Change filter and engine oil. Service oil system components.

Change engine primary/secondary air cleaner elements.

Install a new hydraulic filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission oil.

Change the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Drain, flush and refill cooling system. Cooling system capacity: 4.9 qts (4.6 L).

Inspect all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
