Kubota L4760D Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checking

Check engine oil level. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, add it.

Engine air filters checking. Change if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine speed, steering unit, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Service engine air filters. Engine primary air filter part number: TD270-93232. Engine secondary air filter part number: TA040-93220. Replace as required.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended motor oil: SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ-4. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota V2403): 8.7 qts (8.2 L). Add oil to the upper mark on the dipstick.

Replace engine oil filter. Engine oil filter part number: HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. Add oil if required.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - 1J800-43172. Check the correct operation of fuel injection pump.

Change transmission/hydraulic oil. Transmission/hydraulic oil type - Kubota Super UDT. How much to change: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 45.6 qts (43.0 L). Fill with the new transmission/hydraulic oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Changing hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter element - HHTA0-37710. When the filter element is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If necessary, add it.

Front axle oil change. Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle case capacity: 9.5 qts (9.0 L).

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 8.7 qts (8.2 L).

Check all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust fuel injection nozzle.
