Every Ten Hours or Daily Checks

Engine oil level checking. If the oil level is too low, add new oil.

Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level. When hydraulic/transmission oil is low, fill in new oil.

Check engine air filters. Change if necessary.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine idle speed, steering unit, hand brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Clean engine primary air filter element. Air filter part number - TD270-93232. Change if necessary.

Service engine secondary air filter element. Part number - TA040-93220. Change as required.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 Hours

Change engine oil. Recommended oil - SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ-4. Engine oil capacity (Kubota V2403): 8.7 qts (8.2 L). Check engine oil level after replacement.

Replace engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When replace the filter, flushing the housing is necessary. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. If required, add it.

Changing hydraulic/transmission oil. Recommended hydraulic/transmission fluid type - Kubota Super UDT. How much to fill: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 45.6 qts (43.0 L). After completing the filling procedure, check hydraulic/transmission fluid level.

Replace hydraulic filter element. Hydraulic filter part number: HHTA0-37710. When installation procedure is complete, check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. If necessary, add it.

Replace diesel fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 1J800-43172. Check injection pump settings.

Change front axle fluid. Front axle case capacity: 9.5 qts (9.0 L). Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90.

Replace filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Install a new engine primary and secondary air filters.

Change hydraulic/transmission oil.

Drain water from fuel tank, then change the fuel filter.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and add fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 8.7 qts (8.2 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Check and adjust valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
