Kubota L5060GST Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection

Check the engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.

Check transmission/hydraulic fluid level. When the transmission/hydraulic fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Checking engine air filters. Change if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check idle engine speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes. If you found a problem, fix it.

Oil And Filter Change

Every 100 Hours

Service engine primary air filter element. Replace as required. Air filter part number - TD270-93232.

Service engine secondary air filter element. Change if necessary. Part number - TA040-93220.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly. Oil Type: SAE 80W-90.

Every 400 Hours

Changing engine oil. Recommended oil type: SAE 20, SAE30 or SAE 10W-30, 15W-40. API Service Classification CC, CD, CF or CJ. Lubricating system capacity (Kubota V2403-CRT): 10 qts (9.4 L). After adding engine oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Changing engine oil filter. Filter part number - HH164-32430. When change the filter, cleaning the housing is required. After replacing the filter, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Change fuel filter. Fuel filter element part number: 1J800-43172. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Changing transmission/hydraulic fluid. Oil type - Kubota Super UDT. How much to add: Transmission/hydraulic system capacity - 12 gal (45.0 L). Fill with the new transmission/hydraulic fluid up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Change hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter element - HHTA0-37710. After installation, checking the transmission/hydraulic fluid level is recommended. Add oil if necessary.

Change front axle oil. Front Axle Oil: SAE 80W-90. Front axle case capacity: 9.5 qts (9.0 L).

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the lubrication system.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: 8.7 qts (8.2 L).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery electrolyte level.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injection pump.
