Ford 1510 Maintenance Intervals

Every Ten Hours or Daily Checking

Engine oil level checking procedure. If the engine oil level is low, fill in fresh oil.

Check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. If the transmission/hydraulic fluid is too low, fill the required volume.

Checking air filter element. Replace if required.

Check coolant level in radiator. If the coolant level is low, add it.

Check engine idling, steering unit, parking brake and service brakes. Repair any malfunctions if necessary.

Oil Change And Filter Replacement

Every 100 Hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil type - SAE 10W-40, 15W-40, 10W-30, SAE 10W. How much to fill: Engine Oil Capacity - 4.2 qt (4 L). Fill with the new oil up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Check engine air filter element. Change if necessary. Part number - 86512886.

Check and clean engine fuel filter element.

Lubricate the front axle bearing assembly.

Every 200 Hours

Engine oil filter replacement. Oil filter part number: 84476642 / E1NN6714AB. Clean the filter housing from dirt before replacing the filter element. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. If necessary, add it.

Change engine fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 87300039 / SBA360720020. Check the efficiency of injection pump.

Every 300 Hours

Change transmission/hydraulic fluid. Recommended oil - 134D, SAE 10W-30. Transmission/hydraulic system capacity: 6.8 gal (26 L). Fill with the new transmission/hydraulic fluid up to the upper notch on the dipstick.

Change hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter part number: 9846407. When the filter element is replaced, check the transmission/hydraulic fluid level. Add transmission/hydraulic oil if it is low.

Front axle oil change. Front Axle Capacity - 3.2 qt (3 L). Front Axle Oil Type - 134D, Gearlube 80W-90.

Change filter and engine oil. Check and clean the oil system.

Replace air filter element.

Replace hydraulic filter.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid.

Drain water from fuel tank, then replace the fuel filter.

Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling System Capacity - 3.8 qt (3.6 L).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check level of battery electrolyte.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Inspect and adjust diesel injector pump.
