Every 10 Hours or Daily
Check engine oil level.
Check engine air filter.
Check the coolant level.
Every 50 Hours
Check battery condition.
Check hydraulic/transmission fluid level.
Check steering oil level.
Lubricate front axle hub bearings.
Inspect wheels and tires.
Every 300 Hours
Change engine oil. Engine oil - SAE 15W-40, 10W-30, 15W-30, SAE 10W.
Replace engine oil filter.
Clean engine air filter.
Clean engine fuel filter.
Remove dirt from radiator fins.
Inspect fan/alternator belt tension.
Check brake adjustment.
Every 600 Hours
Replace engine air filter.
Replace power steering filter.
Change steering oil. Steering oil type - 134D, SAE 10W-30.
Check and adjust engine idling.
Check the radiator coolant.
Every 1200 Hours
Replace engine fuel filter.
Replace hydraulic oil filter.
Change hydraulic/transmission fluid. Fluid type - 134D, SAE 10W-30.
Lubricate rear axle bearings.
Every 1500 Hours
Check and adjust valve clearance.
Flush cooling system and add new coolant.
Replace engine coolant filter.
Refill Capacities

Engine oil capacity ................. 9 qt (8.5 L).

Annual Maintenance
Change engine oil and replace oil filter.
Replace air cleaner elements.
Change transmission/hydraulic fluid.
Replace power steering filter.
Install a new transmission/hydraulic filter.
Drain water from fuel tank and replace fuel filter.
Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.
Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant.
Inspect all clamps and hoses.
Check battery electrolyte level.
Adjust engine valve clearance.
Inspect and adjust fuel injectors.
