Ford 2110 Maintenance Information
Ford 2110 Periodic Maintenance
Every Ten Hours or Daily Inspection
Check engine oil level. If the oil level is too low, fill in new oil.
Check the hydraulic/transmission oil level. When hydraulic/transmission
oil is low, fill in new oil.
Checking air filter element. Change if required.
Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the
system.
Check engine idle speed, steering, parking brake and service brakes.
Repair any damage if necessary.
Oil And Filter Change
Every 100 Hours
Change engine oil. Recommended engine oil: SAE 15W-40, 10W-30, SAE 10W.
How much to pour: Engine Oil Capacity - 8 qt (7.6 L). Check engine oil
level after replacement.
Check and service engine fuel filter element.
Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.
Every 200 Hours
Engine oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: 86546619 /
SBA140516210. Before replacing, remove dirt from the filter housing.
Check the oil level after installing a new filter. Add oil if necessary.
Replacing air filter element. Engine air filter part number: 86512889.
Replace fuel filter. Engine fuel filter part number: 87300041. Check the
efficiency of injection pump.
Every 300 Hours
Changing hydraulic/transmission oil. Hydraulic/transmission fluid type -
134D, SAE 10W-30. Fluid capacity: 8.6 gal (32.5 L). After installing a
new filter, check that the hydraulic/transmission fluid level is
correct.
Changing hydraulic filter. Hydraulic filter element part number -
4245130. After installation, checking the hydraulic/transmission fluid
level is recommended. Add oil if necessary.
Change front axle fluid. Front Axle Oil Type - 134D, Gearlube 80W-90.
Front Axle Capacity - 6.4 qt (6 L).

Hydraulic Filter. Part Number: 4245130
Change engine oil and filter. Service lubricating system components.
Install a new air cleaner element.
Change hydraulic/transmission oil.
Install a new hydraulic filter.
Replace the fuel filter, but drain water from fuel tank first.
Clean radiator and oil cooler fins.
Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling System
Capacity - 9.1 qt (8.6 L).
Check all clamps and hoses.
Check battery charging.
Check engine valve clearance.
Check and adjust fuel pump.
