Engine starting problems

Fuel tank is empty - Add fuel.
Wrong fuel grade - Change gasoline.

Spark plug not working - Inspect ignition spark.

The engine is running but tractor is not moving

Parking brake holds the tractor - Unlock park brake.
Bypass lever is on - Deactivate the bypass valve.
Mower blades are loose - Fasten the blades securely.
Blades are unbalanced - Check mower blade balancing.
Too much or too little oil - Pour oil as required.

Plugged discharge chute

Ground speed too fast - Use slower speed.
Too high grass for mowing - Adjust cutting height.
Wet grass - Wait for the grass to dry.
Engine speed reduced - Adjusting carburetor for higher rpm.
Lack of air flow - Set higher revs.
cut too low - Change cutting height.
Belt is loose - install belt as required.

Lawn mower leaving uncut grass

Mower deck clogged - Inspect and clean cutting deck.
Blade wornout - Checking for blade fault and change if required.
Mower deck is low from ground - Leveling the mower deck.
Grass bagger overfilled - Clean grass bag.
Speed is very high - Do not use high speed.

Slipping drive belt

Mower vibrates

Mower clogged or in pulleys - Clean sheave and deck from clogging.
Sheaves or belt faulty - Change defective parts.

Blade strips grass

Cutting height improper - Check and adjust height.
Mower rollers not adjusted improperly - Adjust mower deck wheels.

Uneven Cut
