John Deere 2032R Periodic Maintenance

Every Ten Hours or Daily

Check motor oil level. If after checking the engine oil level is low, top it up.

Check the transmission oil level. If transmission oil is too low, add recommended volume.

Check air filter element. Replace if required.

Check radiator coolant level. If the coolant level is low, top it up.

Check engine speed, steering, hand brake and service brakes. Repair any damage if necessary.

Every 50 Hours

Checking the air pressure of tyres. Inflate if required.

Check battery charge. Charge the battery if necessary.

Check front axle oil level. Add if required.

Check fluid in hydraulic system. Add oil to hydraulic system if necessary.

Lubricate the rear and front wheel bearings.

Check tractor for lost or loose screws and nuts.

Every 200 hours

Replace engine oil. Recommended oil type: Plus-50. How much to add - 3.4 L (0.89 gal) for 2016 models and 4.5 L (1.18 gal) for 2017 models. Check motor oil level after changing.

Replace oil filter. Filter part number - M806419. Before replacement procedure, clean the filter housing from dirt. When the filter is replaced, check the oil level. Add oil if it is low.

Hydraulic/transmission oil change. Recommended fluid type - Hy-Gard. Hydraulic/transmission fluid capacity: 17.5 L (4.6 gal). Check oil level after changing.

Transmission fluid filter changing. Transmission fluid filter part number - LVA16054. When the filter is replaced, check the transmission oil level. If after checking the transmission fluid level is low, add it.

Replace hydraulic filter. Part number of hydraulic filter element - LVU800097 (2016 models), LVA14703 (2017 models). When installation is complete, check the hydraulic fluid level. If required, add it.

Check and clean the air filter.

Clean the radiator with a brush if the fins are dirty.

Check fan/alternator belt for wear. Replace if necessary.

Check the torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Engine primary air filter element replacement. Air filter element part number: M131802.

Replace secondary air filter element. Part number: M131803.

Change diesel fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - M811032. Check the operation of injection pump.

Engine primary fuel filter replacement. Primary fuel filter part number: MIU800645.

Replace secondary fuel filter. Part number: MIU803127.

Check the coolant in radiator. If coolant is low, top up.

Check engine idle speeds. Adjust if necessary.

Inspect all tubes and hoses. Tighten if necessary.

Front axle oil change.

Check brake adjustment.

Drain water from fuel tank and replace fuel filters.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant. Cooling system capacity: 4.0 L (1.05 gal).

Check all clamps hoses and hoses.

Check battery charge.

Adjust engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injector pump.
