Engine overheats: Dirty radiator core or faulty radiator cap. Clean radiator or change cap. Not enough coolant. Refill to the correct level and inspect system for leaks. Fan belt is broken or worn. Replace the fan belt. Not enough engine oil. Fill up the oil to required level.

Lack of engine power: Dirty or faulty injection nozzles. Clean or replace injection nozzles. Fuel lines or hoses are clogged. Clean fuel lines and hoses. Air filter is dirty. Clean or change. Cylinder head gasket is defective. Install new cylinder head gasket.

Engine knocking sound or abnormal noise: Engine is cold. Warm up the engine. Not enough engine oil. Fill the crankcase with engine oil. Fuel injection pump timing is wrong. Set it up as required. Transmission fluid leaks: Broken seals or gaskets. Change defective gaskets or seal. Too much oil in transmission. Drain the excess oil.
