John Deere 3033R Service Intervals

Every 10 Hours or Daily

Check the engine oil level. If after checking the oil level is low, add it.

Check the transmission oil level. When the transmission fluid is low, fill the required volume.

Engine air filter checking. Change if required.

Check the coolant level. If the coolant level is too low, fill the system.

Check engine speed, steering system, service brakes and parking brake. Repair any damage if required.

Every 50 Hours

Check and inflate tires as required.

Check battery charging. Replace or charge the battery if required.

Check front axle oil level. Add oil if necessary.

Check cab fresh filter. Part number: MIU10010. Clean or replace every 50 hours and as required.

Check hydraulic oil level. Fill as required.

Lubricate front and rear axle hub bearings.

Inspect the front and rear wheels. Tighten bolts and nuts as required.

Every 200 hours

Engine oil change. Recommended motor oil: Plus-50 II. How much is needed: Engine oil capacity - 4.3 L (1.14 gal). After filling, check the engine oil level with a dipstick.

Oil filter changing. Engine oil filter part number: M806419. Flush the filter housing before the filter element replacement procedure. After installation, checking the oil level is recommended. Add oil if required.

Inspect and service engine primary air filter. Part number: RE68048. Replace as needed.

Replacing secondary air filter elements if required. Engine secondary air filter part number: RE68049.

Inspect cab recirculation air filter. Part number: MIU10011. Replace as required.

Clean radiator grill from dirt.

Inspect and adjust fan/alternator belt. If the belt is worn, replace it.

Check the tightening torque of the wheel bolts.

Every 400 Hours

Replace engine primary fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - MIU802421.

Change diesel final fuel filter. Fuel filter part number - MIU803127. Check the correct operation of fuel injection pump.

Change hydraulic/transmission fluid. Recommended hydraulic/transmission fluid: Hy-Gard. How much is needed: Capacity - 25.7 L (6.8 gal). After replacing the transmission oil, check the level with a dipstick.

Hydraulic/transmission oil filter changing. Hydraulic/transmission oil filter part number: LVA13065. When installation is complete, check the hydraulic oil level. Add oil if required.

Check the diesel particulate filter. Change if required. Part number: MIU803093.

Check radiator coolant. Add coolant if necessary.

Check engine idle. Adjust engine idle as required.

Check the hoses and tubes. Tighten as required.

Change front axle fluid.

Check and adjust the service and parking brakes.

Annually

Replace filter and engine oil. Service lubrication system components.

Replace primary and secondary air filter elements.

Install a new transmission filter and pour in fresh fluid.

Replace hydraulic filter and oil.

Replace the engine primary fuel filter and final fuel filter by first drain water from fuel tank.

Clean oil cooler fins and radiator.

Flush the cooling system and refill with new coolant. Cooling system capacity: Cab - 7 L (1.85 gal), OOS - 5.3 L (1.40 gal).

Inspect all hoses and clamps.

Check and service the battery.

Check engine valve clearance.

Check and adjust injection pump.
