Engine overheats: Radiator core is clogged or radiator cap is leaking. Clean radiator or change cap. Lack of engine coolant. Fill the cooling system and check components for leaks or other faults. Loose or damaged fan belt. The fan belt needs to be replaced. Insufficient engine oil. Fill up the oil to required level.

Engine loses power: Defective injection nozzle. Install a new kit of correctly balanced nozzles. Clogged fuel lines or hoses. Service fuel lines and hoses. Plugged air filter. Change air filter element. Damaged cylinder-head gasket. Install a new gasket.

Engine noises or knocks: Engine is cold. Warm up to required temperature. Engine oil level low. Add oil to the engine crankcase. Improper fuel injection timing. Power is insufficient: Low oil level. Fill up the transmission oil. Relief valve failure. Replace the valve. Worn or out of adjustment speed control linkage. Adjust or change linkage.

External fluid leaks: Oil return tube is plugged. Clean or replace the tube. Damaged seals or gaskets. Seals and gaskets need to be replaced. Transmission case internal pressure is too high. Replace worn components.

Hydraulics overheating: Wrong hydraulic oil type. Fill up with the correct type of oil. Contaminated hydraulic fluid. Change hydraulic fluid. Air in hydraulic lines. Bleed hydraulic lines. Defective main relief valve. Relief valve need to be replaced.
